About me

For those who don't know me, my name is Diana Vilar.  I have the privilege of helping others heal their emotional wounds, accompanying them on the path of self-knowledge, developing new skills, and recovering their wellbeing.

My training as a psychologist, my restlessness and my desire to learn have led me on a path of constant training.  My passion throughout these years of professional practice has been to transform other people's lives through empathic listening, techniques and habits that allow them to stop suffering.

My speciality is managing anxiety, trauma and emotional problems derived from migrations.  I work with adults in general and autistic people in particular.  My experience as an Expat and Psychologist has led me to fully trust in the human being's ability to heal himself through self-knowledge and individual responsibility, working every day to be the best version of oneself.
